Landscape Properties are delighted to offer a variety of services to help with the day to day running and maintenance of your Matera property.
- Furnishing and Interior Design - We’ll arrange for an interior designer help you to plan the interior of your home. This service can also incorporate buying all necessary furnishings, fixtures and fittings if you wish.
- Holiday letting - If you decide to rent out your masseria then we can handle everything for you. We’ll advertise the property, welcome the guests, arrange cleaning and key holding – everything to give you peace of mind.
- Land/Garden Maintenance - If required, we can design and plant your garden as well as arrange for it to be looked after on a regular basis.
- Swimming pool maintenance - Regular cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool can be arranged.
- Security - Although the area has been voted the safest city in Italy for the second year running, for your peace of mind we can arrange for the masseria to be checked on a regular basis and should problems arise, set up a direct alarm link to the local police.
- Further Building Work - We can provide a professional team to undertake any additional building work you decide on.
- Property Maintenance - We will regularly check appliances (boilers and so on) and organise maintenance and any repair of plumbing, heating, electricity if required.
