The parent company of www.dreamhomesinmatera.com is Landscape srl. This company, with offices in London, Siena, Basilicata and Puglia was founded in 2002 by Danilo Bertolli and Francesco Carlucci, both fluent in English and consummate professionals, passionate about business, property and offering their clients the highest possible quality of service.
Landscape’s first business was www.landscapeproperties.com which started as a property consultancy specialising in exclusive homes in Tuscany. They now have a large and busy website which serves as a portal for those wishing to buy properties throughout italy direct from the real estate agents who advertise there, as well as a huge holiday properties database with over 3000 properties available to book direct from the owners with no commission charged.
Landscape created the unique www.dreamhomesinpuglia.com masseria building project in 2006 which has been featured on tv and in the UK press. More coverage is coming up in spring 2008. Thanks to the overwhelming success of the Puglia project, Landscape has now expanded into the neighbouring region of Basilicata. The www.dreamhomesinmatera.com project is particularly close to landscape MD Francesco Carlucci’s heart as he was born and brought up in Matera.
Well known in Italy, Landscape srl is also a highly respected company in the international market. It has been the main real estate sponsor of the famous Dolce Vita Show in London for the last two years and is an exhibitor at Russia’s Millionaire Fair and Germany’s Mondo Italia.
